My work is about supporting you in clearing what's in the way of you being exactly who you were designed to be, as the Divine created you, and as your "Higher Self" already knows that you are, so you can come back home to the Truth within.

Restore + Reset
Support for nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and restoration.
This pathway is ideal when you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or in need of grounding and re-centering. This also may be ideal for those who want to simply relax, or connect deeper. These are single sessions that may include faith-based energy work, prayer and intention setting, and mind–body awareness.

Ongoing, integrative work held within a container and guided by intention and intuition.
This pathway may support clarity, alignment, accountability, and forward movement through NLP coaching, metaphysical counseling, and energetic support- helping you make choices from wholeness and integrity rather than fear or reactivity.

My personal commitment is to always come back to Love, to continue learning in this shared classroom of life, and to do my best to be giving and of service along the way. I will never claim to know all the answers, but I will always aim to point you to the One that does: Divine Intelligence.
I’m here to inspire you, ask meaningful questions, hold a mirror, and offer support, perspectives, and tools that have worked for me.
I’m an energy worker, metaphysical counselor, and transformational coach with certifications and degrees in NLP, Metaphysics, Sociology, and Reiki. While my work is rooted in faith-based metaphysics and spiritual principles, it’s deeply informed by my own experiences, as well as my ongoing interest and self-study in the nervous system, mind–body research, coherence, and consciousness.
I enjoy exploring how modern science supports these spiritual principles, and how everything in life is connected!
