I help people get clear within themselves, their ability to choose, and how to discern where they're choosing from— through coaching and energy work. And I'm a minister — I walk with people through life's transitions, holding ceremonies and communing with God: weddings, blessings, memorials, spiritual counseling.

No fixed protocol — I listen to you. Your energy is communicating something specific. I meet what's actually there instead of running the same session on everyone.
The science backs the woo-woo. Nervous system regulation, brain-heart coherence, mind-body connection- There is biology underneath the spiritual principles, sitting right next to prayer and scripture, not competing with them.
We start on the inside. Real change doesn't come from rearranging what's around you — it comes from the state you're actually living from.
Reverence without the heaviness. This is sacred work, and it's also allowed to be fun. Nobody's trying to prove anything here, and I'm learning along with you in life. I will always aim to point you back to Truth/God/The Divine within.
